Caryl has lived in Scottsdale since 1981 and still heads to Lincoln for each home Husker game. She departs on Friday and returns on Monday. Big Red of The Desert is open from 12pm to 5pm Monday thru Saturday, except home game weekends, then is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. During the off season. Regular hours may not be observed since it's not football season, but she is usually open from 12:00 noon-2:00, unless Caryl is busy with real estate.  Just give her a call whenever you want to shop and she will open up for you  if possible.
